Metropolitan Magistrate Raju Ahmed of the Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Court passed the order on Thursday afternoon, April 2, 2026. The decision followed a hearing regarding allegations that the singer failed to fulfill the conditions of his temporary bail, which had been granted earlier this year on the premise of an out-of-court settlement.

The plaintiff's lawyer, Nasidus Zaman Nishan (Prince), informed the court that Noble was granted temporary bail on February 24 under specific conditions, including a commitment to marry the victim and refund the embezzled money. However, since his release, the singer reportedly violated all terms of the agreement and failed to return the funds as promised. Based on these breaches of conduct, the court revoked his bail and directed law enforcement to take him into custody immediately.

The case, originally filed on August 13, 2025, by a woman named Anannya Shabnam Rose, alleges that Noble established a romantic relationship with her under the pretense of marriage. Between 2023 and June 2025, he reportedly embezzled a total of Taka 1,318,540 from her at various times. Following a thorough investigation, the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) found the allegations to be true, leading to an arrest warrant for Noble and four others on February 3. The singer was subsequently arrested in the Siddhirganj area of Narayanganj on February 23, before his brief period of conditional liberty.
