BCB to Submit Shakib’s Legal Files to Government for Resolution

BCB Director Asif Akbar recently confirmed during a talk show that he has personally spoken with Shakib, who expressed a keen interest in representing the nation once again. Regarding the legal process, Asif Akbar stated that, according to information provided by Shakib’s lawyers, the case files are expected to reach the BCB by Sunday or Monday. These documents will subsequently be handed over to the government through the State Minister for Youth and Sports at the earliest possible time. Once the government addresses the underlying legal issues, the remaining obstacles to his on-field return are expected to be cleared.
