Speaking at a ward presidents' conference in Jhenaidah, Porwar alleged that Chhatra Dal is being "unleashed like hyenas" upon students within educational institutions.

Porwar directly addressed recent comments made by Prime Minister Tarique Rahman, who had suggested that the "soul of autocracy" had possessed Jamaat. Porwar countered by claiming that the current BNP-led administration is the one being "possessed by the ghost of authoritarian fascist rule." He further alleged that "secret advisors" from the BNP, who were embedded within the previous interim government, are now serving as ministers, influencing the administration’s core decisions.

The Jamaat leader also expressed deep frustration over the constitutional reform process. He noted that while 33 political parties reached a consensus on reforms, the BNP has obstructed progress by issuing "notes of dissent" on 10 crucial points. Porwar accused the ruling party of attempting to bypass the public mandate of the recent referendum to maintain a fascist grip on power. He warned that if the "July National Charter" and the people's mandate are not honored, the government will face a mass movement on the streets.
