Chhatra Dal Convenes Emergency Meeting Amid Campus Unrest

According to a press release signed by the organization’s Office Secretary Md. Jahangir Alam, the session is scheduled to begin at 2:30 PM at the DUCSU Cafeteria of Dhaka University.

The meeting aims to formulate a strategic response to the current unrest and "unstable environment" prevailing in various public and private universities, as well as medical and dental colleges. JCD Central President Rakibul Islam Rakib will preside over the session as the chief guest, with General Secretary Nahid Uddin Nahid attending as the special guest to outline the organization's upcoming tactical moves and field-level activities.

This urgent call for a unified strategy follows a series of recent frictions in the country's academic hubs, prompting the central committee to mandate the presence of all unit heads. The outcome of the meeting is expected to define the student wing's stance on campus administration policies and their broader political role in the current national landscape.
