BNP Committed to Ending Negative Parliamentary Culture, Says Salahuddin Ahmed

He made these remarks on Saturday morning, March 7, 2026, while speaking to journalists at the BNP Chairperson's political office in Gulshan during the second day of a training workshop for newly elected Members of Parliament.

The Minister explained that the workshop was organized to ensure that MPs can play an effective role in fulfilling public expectations during the upcoming first session of the 13th National Parliament. During the sessions, experienced lawmakers provided guidance to first-time representatives on the parliamentary rules of business, code of conduct, bill and budget analysis, and the functions of parliamentary standing committees. The Saturday sessions saw participation from newly elected MPs representing the Dhaka, Mymensingh, Faridpur, Sylhet, Cumilla, and Chattogram divisions.
