My Extended Life is an Asset for the Nation: Salahuddin Ahmed Vows at Massive Rally

Addressing a massive final election rally at the Chakaria Municipal Bus Terminal on Monday (February 9), he emotionaly stated that it was only through the grace of the Almighty and the heartfelt prayers of the common people that he has been granted this second chance at life. Paying deep tribute to the martyrs of the July revolution, he emphasized that their vision for a discrimination-free state and democratic reforms remains the core mission of his party.

He envisioned a Bangladesh where no citizen would ever again have to sacrifice their life to protect their right to vote or to safeguard democracy. The rally, which turned into a massive wave of supporters from every union of Chakaria and Pekua, saw the leader urging the public to cast their ballots for the 'Sheaf of Paddy' symbol on February 12 and to remain vigilant at polling stations until the final results are secured. Presided over by Chakaria Upazila BNP President Enamul Haque, the event also featured speeches from former MP Hasina Ahmed and other senior district leaders, all echoing the call for a landslide victory.
