Dhaka-11: Nahid Islam Voices Doubts Over Fair Election

Speaking to reporters during a campaign rally in the Satarkul area of Badda on Friday afternoon, he alleged that a level playing field for all candidates is currently non-existent.

Nahid claimed that a specific candidate is violating the electoral code of conduct by distributing cash and goods under the guise of "Family Cards" to lure voters. He confirmed that the matter has been formally reported to the Election Commission. Furthermore, he condemned the police action on Inqilab Mancha activists, terming it "disgraceful" and demanding an investigation to identify those who incited the crackdown on peaceful protesters.
