On Wednesday evening, the party's Ameer, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman, outlined these plans while unveiling the 'People's Manifesto' at a high-profile event in the capital ahead of the 13th National Parliamentary Election. This 26-point priority manifesto emphasizes a revolutionary transformation of the education sector.

The manifesto declares that a Jamaat-led government would grant all Ebtedayee madrasas the same status as government primary schools, ensuring they receive equivalent state facilities. Furthermore, initiatives will be taken to reform the Qawmi Madrasa syllabus to align it with modern requirements while maintaining its unique characteristics. To promote women’s education, the manifesto promises free education for female students up to the graduate level, along with interest-free higher education loans of up to 10,000 BDT per month for 100,000 meritorious students.

Expressing a commitment to building a discrimination-free and humane Bangladesh in line with the aspirations of the July Revolution, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman stated that this manifesto is not merely a political promise but a comprehensive blueprint for establishing a justice-based state. Alongside the modernization of madrasa education, the manifesto places special emphasis on eradicating corruption in the education sector and ensuring a transparent recruitment process. Central party leaders and top representatives of the electoral alliance were present at the event.
