The party has placed significant importance on implementing the "July Charter," abolishing fascist systems, and ensuring youth leadership in state affairs. Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman presented the roadmap, highlighting 26 key areas including women’s security, technology-driven society, and social justice.

Key highlights of the manifesto include a commitment to an uncompromising stance on national interests and the establishment of a discrimination-free, humanitarian Bangladesh. To tackle unemployment, the party promised merit-based recruitment, free applications for government jobs, and massive industrialization. The manifesto also advocates for major electoral reforms, including a proportional representation (PR) system and a strengthened caretaker government. Ambitious goals such as ensuring food safety by 2030, reducing travel time between Dhaka and divisional cities to 2-3 hours, and establishing specialized hospitals in all 64 districts are also central to their vision for a "Smart Society."

The "People's Manifesto" further outlines a "Three Zero Vision"—zero environmental degradation, zero waste, and zero flood risk. It also focuses on the rights of expatriates, providing them with voting rights and opportunities to contribute to nation-building. By prioritizing honest leadership and institutional transparency, Jamaat-e-Islami aims to prevent the resurgence of fascism and establish a prosperous welfare state. The document serves as a comprehensive strategy for economic emancipation and social dignity for all citizens, regardless of religious or ethnic background.
