Regarding the upcoming polls, Dr. Rahman expressed confidence that the nation would secure a fair election on the 12th of this month. Without naming any specific party, he criticized those who were once oppressed but are now reportedly engaging in extortion, corruption, and "lawsuit business." He noted reports of threats being issued to potential polling agents at their homes. He warned that the days of "casting someone else's vote" are over, and neither muscle power nor black money will influence the results this time.

Addressing the youth, the Jamaat chief praised those who fought bare-chested to bring freedom during the July uprising. He noted that the youth do not want unemployment allowances; instead, they demand the right to work. He promised that if elected, Jamaat would provide them with the necessary education and vocational training. He also advocated for a fair wage structure for law enforcement agencies, acknowledging their tireless service. Regarding the referendum, he concluded by saying that a "Yes" vote represents true liberation, while a "No" vote would mean a return to subjugation.
