Hackers Identified, They Will Be Exposed: Jamaat Ameer
Speaking at an election rally for the Dhaka-15 constituency on Sunday evening (February 1), he announced that the identities of those involved in this smear campaign will soon be exposed to the public. He emphasized that Jamaat envisions a country based on equality where women’s dignity is protected and reaffirmed the party’s 'zero tolerance' policy against extortion and criminal activities.
During his speech, the Jamaat chief highlighted that the youth would lead the nation toward a prosperous future with the guidance of the elderly. Criticizing political opponents, he remarked that certain groups are acting out of desperation as their defeat in the upcoming polls becomes inevitable. Earlier in the day, at a rally in Jamalpur, he described the February 12 election as a turning point to end the legacy of "rotten and fascist politics" of the past 54 years. He expressed confidence that the people would vote for justice and integrity. The controversy arose after an offensive post concerning women went viral from his X account on Saturday, which the party later clarified was the result of a cyber-attack.
