In an apparent swipe at the BNP, the Jamaat chief stated, "Some people are dreaming of ruling the country because of the July fighters, yet they are now treating those heroes with neglect." Addressing criticisms regarding election conduct, he remarked that it is the Election Commission's duty to monitor code violations, not other parties'. He warned that Jamaat would continue its movement for the people's freedom despite any "terrorist activities" aimed at stopping them.

Dr. Shafiqur Rahman also promised local developmental projects, including the reopening of Asia's largest fish breeding center in Lakshmipur and the construction of a dam on the Meghna River if Jamaat comes to power. He concluded the rally by urging the public to ensure a 'Yes' vote in the upcoming referendum and support his party in the national elections.
