"One group of vote-robbers has already fled the country, but another is still lurking, weaving new conspiracies," Tarique Rahman remarked. He noted that these elements were absent from the streets during the long years of struggle, as they were working behind the scenes with the previous government. Recalling the 2008 election tactics, he urged supporters to remain vigilant at polling centers from dawn and stay until the final boxes are secured.

Turning his focus to local development, the BNP Chairman promised a "Krishi Card" (Farmer's Card) for the people of Naogaon to ensure easy access to agricultural loans. He also pledged to build cold storage facilities for the region's vast produce of rice and mangoes, along with establishing new railway lines to facilitate rapid transportation to the capital. He concluded by calling on citizens to vote for democracy on February 12 to honor those who sacrificed their lives for voting rights.
