Jamaat Will Not Tolerate Corruption or Extortion: Dr. Shafiqur Rahman
He made this remark during an election street rally at the Mirpur-10 Falpatti area in the Dhaka-15 constituency on Wednesday night (January 28).
Declaring a zero-tolerance policy against corruption and extortion, the Jamaat chief stated, “If Jamaat comes to power, we will neither engage in corruption or extortion ourselves nor will we allow anyone else to do so.”
Highlighting his party's commitment to national progress, he added that even if another party forms the government, Jamaat will extend its full cooperation and support for all initiatives aimed at the public good.
