Palestinian Ambassador Holds Meeting with Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer

The Ameer was accompanied by Advocate Ehsanul Mahbub Zubair, Assistant Secretary General and Central Media Chief of the party.

The meeting took place in a very cordial atmosphere. During the discussion, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman highlighted the deep historical and fraternal bonds between Bangladesh and Palestine. He emphasized that the people of Bangladesh, regardless of party affiliations, stand firmly behind Palestine’s legitimate struggle. He also urged the UN, OIC, and the global community to take immediate steps to end Israeli occupation and the forced displacement of people in Gaza.

He further stated that Bangladesh’s prayers, love, and unconditional support would continue until Palestine is established as a fully sovereign state.
