Regarding national sovereignty and foreign policy, Dr. Rahman stated that his party seeks friendship with all nations and views neighbors as neighbors. However, he emphasized that no form of hegemonism or external interference over the 56,000-square-mile territory of Bangladesh would be tolerated. The Jamaat Ameer expressed deep regret over the agricultural and environmental decline of North Bengal. He noted that due to the lack of sustainable river management over the past 54 years, major rivers like the Teesta and Brahmaputra have been reduced to "skeletons." He vowed that a Jamaat-led government would implement the Teesta Mega Plan and restore these rivers to transform North Bengal into the country's "Agricultural Capital." Furthermore, he issued a stern warning against extortion in markets to ensure fair prices for farmers.

For the local development of Gaibandha, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman promised the establishment of an Agricultural University, the implementation of an Export Processing Zone (EPZ), and the construction of a tunnel at Balashi Ghat. At the conclusion of the rally, he introduced the candidates for Gaibandha’s five parliamentary constituencies and handed over the party's electoral symbol, the ‘Scales’ (Dardipalla). The rally was presided over by Gaibandha-3 candidate Principal Maulana Nazrul Islam and attended by top local and central leaders of the 10-party alliance.
