Dr. Shafiqur Rahman stated that the Bangladesh of the future will be a transparent, humanitarian, and non-discriminatory state. He emphasized that the core foundation of politics will be unity and healing, rather than division. In the presence of prominent thinkers, policymakers, and international representatives, he clarified that Jamaat-e-Islami believes in a governance system where every citizen, regardless of religion, caste, or gender, enjoys equal opportunities.

Highlighting the participation of women within the party, the Jamaat Ameer noted that currently, 43% of Jamaat members are women. He pledged to ensure equal rights for women from primary to higher education in the New Bangladesh, while also promising to eliminate all forms of discrimination in their social and political participation. Furthermore, describing the youth as the 'engine' of growth, he asserted that job creation would be a top priority on the state agenda.

Dr. Rahman also stressed the importance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) to build a modern and transparent market economy. He issued a stern warning that state resources would not be allowed to be used for personal or party interests. He reiterated that their primary goal is to build a society based on justice, maintaining an uncompromising stance against corruption and looting.

Regarding the rights of minorities, he described their protection as a "sacred religious duty" and mentioned that approximately 500,000 citizens from various religious backgrounds are currently associated with Jamaat. Addressing the international community, he stated that Bangladesh would be a reliable and credible global partner. Finally, he called upon everyone, regardless of party or opinion, to unite in building a prosperous and humanitarian Bangladesh.
