He stated that the government has devised a plan to detach children from mobile phone addiction and reintegrate them into playgrounds and libraries. To execute this vision, the government aims to collaborate with Bishwo Shahitto Kendro and its founder, Professor Abdullah Abu Sayeed.

The Prime Minister revealed that the project would initially target two primary schools in every sub-district (Upazila). Students will be provided with non-political, educational books designed to broaden their understanding of the world. To ensure long-term impact, the Prime Minister proposed incorporating these readings into the school examination system. The visit took place at one of South Asia’s oldest libraries, founded in 1851, where the Prime Minister was accompanied by several cabinet ministers and senior officials.
