A Historic Return to Bogra The Prime Minister, accompanied by his wife Dr. Zubaida Rahman, departed from his residence in Gulshan, Dhaka, by road at 6:10 AM. Upon reaching Bogra, he was formally welcomed with flowers by Deputy Commissioner Md. Toufiqur Rahman, while Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Salma Akter greeted Dr. Zubaida Rahman.
