Nov 7 Reinstated as ‘National Revolution and Solidarity Day’ with Public Holiday

The meeting saw the participation of senior officials, including Local Government Minister Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and Liberation War Affairs Minister Ahmed Azam Khan, among others. The reinstatement of this day aims to honor historical political milestones and foster national unity. With this move, November 7 returns to the national calendar as a significant holiday, marking a major shift in the country's commemorative landscape.
