During the question-and-answer session of the 14th day of the National Parliament's first session, the Prime Minister revealed this large-scale hiring initiative in a written response to a query from MP Md. Shamsur Rahman Shimul Biswas. He further specified that as part of this process, the recruitment of 2,879 personnel is already underway to fill vacancies specifically within the Ministry of Public Administration and its subordinate offices.

Beyond employment, the Prime Minister outlined a transformative vision for the healthcare sector through digitalization. Responding to a question on health services, he confirmed that an "E-Health Card" project is currently awaiting final approval. This initiative, part of the government's special 180-day action plan, aims to provide citizens with digital health identity cards to ensure streamlined access to medical information and services. The Prime Minister noted that this system would mirror the healthcare management of developed nations, bringing a radical shift in how public health data is integrated and utilized.

The parliamentary session also addressed the qualitative improvement of primary education. Replying to a question from Chattogram-7 MP Hummam Quader Chowdhury, the Prime Minister emphasized that enhancing the pedagogical skills of teachers is a core priority of the government’s election manifesto. He announced that specialized advanced training programs, particularly in the English language, would be arranged for primary school teachers across the country.

Prime Minister Rahman underscored that these training programs are essential to transform government primary schools into modern centers of learning that meet international standards. He clarified that teachers would be brought under regular specialized training cycles to ensure they stay updated with contemporary teaching methodologies. This multi-sectoral approach—spanning employment, digital healthcare, and educational reforms—is seen as a strategic move to fulfill the administration's long-term development goals.
