PM Announces Free School Dresses for 2 Lakh Primary Students in Parliament
During the Q&A session of the 13th National Parliament's first session on Wednesday, the Prime Minister detailed his administration's 180-day, one-year, and five-year development plans for the education sector. Responding to a query from Sylhet-2 MP Tahsina Rushdir, the Premier emphasized his commitment to serving all citizens, regardless of their political affiliation.
Focusing on technical and digital advancement, the Prime Minister revealed that 9,000 technical teachers will receive tablets within the next 180 days to enhance teaching quality. Furthermore, the government plans to establish 3,832 multimedia classrooms and introduce Italian and Japanese language training for students. By June 2026, 418 technical and madrasa institutions are slated to receive free Wi-Fi services, marking a major step toward building a tech-savvy generation and a modernized education system.
