Referring to the Chief Whip’s remarks, he reminded the House that such notices are typically raised after the question-answer session and Rule 71 proceedings. Highlighting the Deputy Speaker's authority, the Home Minister requested that the session proceed according to the 'Order of the Day' to maintain parliamentary discipline and fairness for all lawmakers.
