President Mohammed Shahabuddin Arrives in Home District Pabna on Four-Day Visit

The President reached the Shaheed Advocate Amin Uddin Stadium by helicopter at 12:50 PM, where he was greeted with a festive reception by local administrative officials and political leaders.

Upon his arrival, the President was escorted in a motorcade to the Pabna Circuit House, where he was accorded a formal Guard of Honor. The visit has generated significant enthusiasm throughout the town, which has been decorated with banners and festoons to welcome the head of state.

According to the official itinerary, the President has a packed schedule:

March 29: He will visit the Arifpur Central Graveyard to offer prayers at the graves of his parents, followed by an exchange of views with local journalists at the Pabna Press Club in the evening.

March 30: He is scheduled to visit the Bhabanipur Mosque in Sadar Upazila and spend personal time with relatives at his local residence.

March 31: The President will receive a final Guard of Honor at the Circuit House before departing for Bangabhaban via helicopter in the morning.

Security has been tightened across Pabna district, with multi-tier protection cordons established at the stadium, Circuit House, and all venues included in the presidential schedule to ensure a smooth and secure stay.
