During an inspection of Kamalapur Railway Station on Friday (March 13) morning, the minister stated that fuel supply will be ensured starting March 15 to meet the demands of public transport. He confirmed that after discussions with the Energy Minister, it has been decided that fuel prices will remain stable, thus eliminating any reason for increased fares.

Accompanied by State Minister Habibur Rashid, the Railway Minister emphasized that under the direction of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman, efforts are underway to make rail services more modern and commuter-friendly. Addressing political matters, he noted that the government fulfilled its promise by distributing 'Family Cards' within its first month in power. He urged the opposition to be patient, stating that it takes time to recover from 17 years of previous mismanagement, and asked for space to work before facing criticism.
