Prime Minister Urges Ansar & VDP to Serve with Patriotism

The instruction was delivered on Wednesday morning, March 4, 2026, during a courtesy meeting with the Director General of Ansar and VDP, Major General Abdul Motaleb Sazzad Mahmud, at the Prime Minister’s Office in the Secretariat.

The Prime Minister lauded the force's patriotism and professionalism, urging its members to remain dedicated to public service. During the meeting, Major General Sazzad Mahmud briefed the Premier on the force's ongoing developmental activities and its role in maintaining grassroots security. Prime Minister Rahman emphasized that the Ansar and VDP play a vital role in national stability and encouraged them to continue their tireless efforts in serving the citizens of Bangladesh.
