Severed Hands Discovered Near National Stadium in Gulistan

The hands were spotted around 9:40 AM by local cleaners in front of the market situated between Gates 1 and 4 of the stadium. Upon being alerted, a team from the Paltan Model Thana and a forensic unit from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) rushed to the scene to secure the area and begin an investigation.
