Sazzad Ali Resigns as DMP Commissioner

The spokesperson for the DMP, Muhammad Talebur Rahman, confirmed the matter to the media on Wednesday (February 25).

According to the spokesperson, Sazzad Ali has already signed his resignation letter and forwarded it to the Police Headquarters. Sazzad Ali was appointed on a two-year contractual basis on November 20 last year. His sudden resignation has sparked discussions within the administrative circles regarding who will be appointed as the next chief of the capital's police force.
