Major Shuffle in EC: 112 Election Officers Transferred Nationwide

According to the order, all transferred officials must vacate their current posts and join their new workstations by March 1. Failure to hand over duties within this deadline will result in an automatic release from their current positions on that afternoon.

EC officials suggest that this is the largest administrative shake-up following the 13th National Parliamentary Election. This move is seen as a strategic preparation for the upcoming large-scale local government elections, including Upazila, Municipality, and Union Parishad polls.
