PM and Army Chief Adorn New DGFI Chief with Major General Rank Badge
Prime Minister Tarique Rahman and Chief of Army Staff General Waker-Uz-Zaman jointly pinned the badge on him at the Armed Forces Division in Dhaka Cantonment on Monday (February 23).
The ceremony was attended by the Advisor to the Ministry of Defense, Brigadier General (Retd.) Shamsul Islam, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral M Nazmul Hassan, and Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan. With this promotion, Major General Mohammad Kaiser Rashid Chowdhury officially assumes his leadership role at the country’s premier military intelligence agency.
