Addressing party activists at his Khilgaon residence on Tuesday night, February 17, 2026, the Minister urged the nation to offer special prayers for the Prime Minister's safety and success in serving the country.

In an emotional address, the Minister reflected on his personal journey, noting that he was once a convict sentenced to life imprisonment with little hope of returning to Bangladesh. He credited divine intervention for his return and subsequent appointment as a Member of Parliament and Minister. Declining traditional floral receptions, he requested supporters to perform "Nafil" prayers for him and the Prime Minister instead, emphasizing that true power lies solely with the Almighty.

Minister Kaikobad issued a stern warning to his followers regarding discipline and ethics, stating that any party activist found involved in injustice, irregularities, or corruption would be summarily expelled. He vowed to dedicate his remaining years to public service, specifically promising to make his constituency, Cumilla-3 (Muradnagar), free from terrorism, extortion, and drugs. He further advised activists to earn their living through honest business or labor rather than relying on political influence, asserting his commitment to upholding the honor bestowed upon him by the Prime Minister.
