12 Non-Cadre Officers Promoted to Senior Assistant Secretary

According to the notification, the promotions were granted under Rule 5 of the ‘Bangladesh Secretariat (Non-Cadre) Gazetted Officers and Non-Gazetted Employees Recruitment Rules, 2014.’ The promoted officers include Md. Julhaz Ali Sarkar, Md. Kabir Hossain, Md. Abu Haris Mia, Afroza Begum, Md. Abul Kalam Azad, Md. Mamun Hossain, Mosammat Tahmina Khanam, Molla Sohag Hossain, Md. Mostafizur Rahman, Md. Kabir Uddin Howlader, Md. Abu Kayes Akand, and Md. Habibur Rahman.

The newly promoted officials are currently designated as Officers on Special Duty (Senior Assistant Secretary, Non-Cadre) within the ministry. As per the instructions, they must submit their joining letters to the Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration, either in person or via email, and will continue in their current positions until further notice.
