RAB Implements Stringent Security Nationwide for Holy Shab-e-Barat

According to a press release issued on Monday (February 2), the elite force will work in tandem with other law enforcement agencies, the administration, and intelligence wings to prevent any untoward incidents.

To facilitate a safe environment for devotees, RAB has intensified regular patrols at key locations and deployed a significant number of plainclothes officers for surveillance. This heightened security measure will remain in effect from February 3 to February 4. Specialized striking and reserve forces are also on standby to address any sudden emergencies.

Furthermore, RAB’s cyber monitoring team is actively scanning social media to prevent the spread of rumors or anti-religious propaganda.
