Hajj Flights Scheduled to Commence on April 18; Religious Ministry Issues Guidelines
The ministry emphasized that agencies must strictly adhere to Saudi government regulations and the 'Hajj Package & Guidelines 2026.' A key directive requires that all pilgrims under a single service company must be transported together on the same flight.
Furthermore, seat allocation must follow a phased structure: at least 20% of an agency's total pilgrims must travel during the mid-phase of pre-hajj flights. For the initial and final phases, the allocation must range between 30% and 50%. The Ministry explicitly stated that agencies are prohibited from issuing less than 30% or more than 50% of their total tickets during these two critical phases, ensuring a balanced distribution of flight loads.
