According to police reports, unidentified miscreants threw the bomb at around 7:30 PM before fleeing the scene. Fortunately, no casualties or major damages were reported. This incident is the latest in a troubling string of explosions targeting high-profile government installations in the district over the past few weeks.

The explosion follows a series of similar incidents, including blasts near the Science and Technology University on January 26, the District Judge’s residence on January 28, and the Ansar Battalion compound on January 30. Despite heightened security and ongoing police operations to track down the perpetrators, the repeated attacks on judicial and administrative residences have raised serious concerns regarding local security. Authorities assured the public that the situation is currently under control and efforts are intensified to identify those behind these coordinated acts of intimidation.
