Primary Scholarship Exam 2025 Schedule Announced; Starts April 15
Following a decision by the National Steering Committee of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education on March 5, the exams are set to begin nationwide on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
According to the directive issued on March 25, the examination will be held simultaneously in all districts except for the three hill districts (Rangamati, Khagrachari, and Bandarban). Each paper will have a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes, starting at 10:00 AM. Candidates with special needs will be granted an additional 30 minutes.

The DPE has instructed all district and upazila education officers to complete all necessary preparations to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations. This year’s scholarship exam marks a significant return to the traditional format after several years of policy-related pauses and legal adjustments.
