Maximum efforts underway to restore education quality: Education Minister

The Minister made these remarks while speaking to journalists in his constituency in Kachua, Chandpur, on Friday (February 20).

"We will identify the weaknesses at every level of the education system and work tirelessly for swift solutions. Despite all challenges, our goal is to ensure the highest standards of education," said the Education Minister. He also emphasized that the government, under the leadership of Tarique Rahman, will maintain a zero-tolerance policy against drugs and "kishore gangs" (teen gangs) in educational institutions.

Earlier, upon his arrival in Kachua from Dhaka by road, the Minister was welcomed with flowers by the Deputy Commissioner, Superintendent of Police, and Upazila administration officials. He was accompanied by his wife and central leader of Jatiyatabadi Mohila Dal, Nazmun Nahar Baby, and Director of the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education, Dr. Khan Mainuddin Mahmood Shohel.

On the way from Dhaka to Kachua, leaders and activists of BNP and its associate organizations greeted him at at least 20 locations. Later in the afternoon, the Minister attended a program organized by the Hindu community.
