The IRGC accused these global tech giants of facilitating domestic insecurity, assassinations, and sabotage within Iranian territory. According to the official statement released in Tehran, retaliatory measures were scheduled to commence as early as 8:00 PM Iran time on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

The IRGC specifically named major entities including Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Tesla, and Nvidia, alleging that their Artificial Intelligence (AI) and internet communication technologies are being weaponized by Israel and the United States to conduct precision strikes and targeted killings of Iranian officials. This extreme declaration follows a series of high-profile deaths of senior Iranian military and political figures since February 2026. The IRGC explicitly warned that the regional offices of these companies situated across various Middle Eastern nations would be targeted for destruction as part of their defensive doctrine.

Given the potential severity of these strikes, the IRGC advised all employees of the aforementioned corporations to vacate their workplaces immediately. Furthermore, a stern warning was issued to civilians residing within a one-kilometer radius of any such corporate offices in the Middle East to move to safer locations to avoid collateral damage. Iran maintains that despite repeated warnings, the U.S. and Israel have not ceased their "terrorist activities," which reportedly led to the deaths of several more Iranian citizens on Tuesday. This announcement has triggered a wave of panic and extreme instability across the region as international security agencies brace for a possible escalation in cyber and kinetic warfare.
