UN Diplomat Mohammad Safa Resigns Amid Warnings of Nuclear Strike on Iran
Safa, who served the Patriotic Vision Organization (PVA) at the UN for 12 years, stated that he refuses to be a silent witness to what he describes as a looming "crime against humanity." On Sunday, Safa took to social media to reveal that certain influential lobbies are manipulating the UN leadership to suppress dissent and manufacture a pro-war environment through misinformation about Iran’s nuclear capabilities.
Warning of a catastrophic humanitarian disaster, Safa emphasized that Tehran is a densely populated city home to millions of families and children. He expressed deep frustration over the alleged abuse of power and the concealment of war crimes by top UN officials over the last three years. Safa also disclosed that he and his family had received death threats for speaking out against the escalating conflict. Having held key advisory roles since 2013, he now aims to alert the global public to the nuclear threat and urges collective action to prevent a wider regional war fueled by strategic propaganda.
