According to the Tasnim News Agency, the crackdown is part of a broader effort to safeguard national security and combat foreign influence.

Among those detained, 16 individuals face accusations of capturing unauthorized footage of sensitive military installations and collaborating with "hostile" international media outlets. The remaining 19 were apprehended for allegedly spreading false information to incite public unrest. This move underscores Tehran's intensified monitoring of internal activities and its strict stance on maintaining information control within its borders.
