According to reports from Al Jazeera, the Lebanese group has intensified its resistance to halt Israeli ground troops attempting to push further into Lebanese territory.

The Battle for Khiam: Intense fighting is currently concentrated in the strategically vital town of Khiam. While Israeli forces are reportedly desperate to gain full control of the area, Hezbollah fighters have established a firm defensive perimeter, turning the town and its outskirts into a primary combat zone.

Tyre Region Escalation: The most violent ground encounters are taking place in the Tyre (Sour) district. Hezbollah officially claimed responsibility for the total destruction of two Israeli tanks during a successful ambush in this sector.

Direct Combat Zones: Heavy "face-to-face" skirmishes are also ongoing in the towns of Qantara and Miniara, as Israeli armored units face significant resistance from entrenched Hezbollah positions.

Aerial Warfare over Beirut: The conflict has also escalated in the skies. As Israeli fighter jets conducted low-altitude provocative sorties over the capital, Beirut, Hezbollah responded by firing surface-to-air missiles to intercept the aircraft, forcing a shift in the aerial engagement.

The situation across Southern Lebanon remains highly volatile, with Hezbollah utilizing its full military capabilities to stall the Israeli ground invasion and maintain its defensive lines.
