Over the past 24 hours alone, Israeli hospitals have treated 261 people injured in coordinated rocket and drone attacks from Lebanon and Iran. According to official data released this Friday (March 27, 2026), the total number of injuries since the start of the Iranian offensive has reached 5,492.

Currently, 116 individuals remain hospitalized, many in critical condition. The strikes, which targeted major population centers including Nahariya, Tel Aviv, and Gani Tikva, have caused significant structural damage and triggered nationwide sirens.

Military analysts suggest that this surge in casualties marks one of the deadliest days for civilians and infrastructure since the conflict expanded, leaving the nation on high alert.
