In a bold response to Washington, Iran’s Deputy Defense Minister Reza Talai-Nik stated this Sunday (March 22) that the nation’s "strategic reserves and domestic production" remain robust despite ongoing conflict. Talai-Nik emphasized that two decades of investment in missiles and drones have equipped the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) with unprecedented precision.

He noted that recent strikes from Iranian coasts and naval units demonstrate a significant increase in "hit accuracy" compared to the early weeks of the war. Most critically, addressing the Strait of Hormuz—the world’s most vital energy artery—Talai-Nik declared that Iranian armed forces effectively control and determine the security of this waterway, which carries 20% of global oil and LNG supplies.
