In a post on his social media platform, Truth Social, on Friday, March 6, 2026, the President announced that the nation’s top defense contractors have agreed to quadruple the production of advanced and powerful weaponry.

The move comes as Iran continues to target regional defense systems, including Israel’s Iron Dome and David’s Sling, along with U.S.-operated Patriot batteries. As questions arose regarding the long-term endurance of these interceptor stocks, President Trump held a high-stakes meeting with the CEOs of the world’s leading defense manufacturers, including Lockheed Martin, Boeing, RTX (Raytheon), and Northrop Grumman.

Trump noted that the initiative to ramp up "Exquisite Class" weaponry actually began three months ago, aiming to reach maximum stockpiles as rapidly as possible. Defense industry leaders confirmed they are moving with urgency to strengthen the American military’s "unparalleled capability" and ensure a virtually unlimited supply of critical munitions for the ongoing conflict.
