Essential services, including electricity, water, and telecommunications, remain functional in the affected areas. A massive rescue operation is underway, involving approximately 690 personnel from public security and fire rescue services, supported by search dogs and dozens of emergency vehicles.

The central government has activated a Level IV emergency response to manage the situation. Temporary shelters have been set up, and essential supplies such as blankets and heating equipment are being distributed to displaced families.
