Minister Araghchi accused President Trump’s rhetoric of emboldening "terrorist groups" to target civilians and security forces, aiming to pave the way for foreign interference. Despite Trump’s claims of having "powerful options" and maintaining contact with Iranian opposition leaders, Tehran remains firm on its defensive stance.

Simultaneously, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei confirmed that diplomatic channels via Switzerland remain open. While Trump recently claimed that Iran reached out to discuss its nuclear program, Baghaei described Washington’s messages as "contradictory and ambiguous." He emphasized that any future dialogue must be rooted in "mutual respect and recognition of interests" rather than unilateral pressure. Tehran maintains that while they believe in diplomacy, they will never submit to foreign dictates or intervention.
