Speaking about her faith, Bubly said some people question why a film actress would talk about religion. In response, she emphasized that as a Muslim, she observes daily prayers and fasting. She continues her professional commitments even while fasting, describing her religious practice as a personal connection between herself and Allah. She also clarified that she has never claimed to be perfectly religious.

Addressing those who lecture others on morality online, the actress questioned whether her critics consider themselves flawless or exceptionally pious.

On the topic of backbiting (gheebah), Bubly stated that Islam strongly condemns it. While people often criticize actresses for their profession, she argued that backbiting is considered a grave sin—described in Islamic teachings as akin to consuming the flesh of one’s deceased brother.

Regarding her relationship with husband Shakib Khan, Bubly acknowledged that misunderstandings and conflicts have occurred over time, which she described as common in any marriage. She added that they are currently working through their issues and enjoying a better phase together.
