Watching the campaign videos of BNP candidate Mirza Abbas (Dhaka-8 constituency), Faria was struck by a sense of nostalgia, drawing parallels between the politician’s composure and her father’s immense patience.

In a detailed Facebook post, Faria described her father as an incredibly calm and stoic individual. Commenting on the viral campaign footage, she wrote humorously, "Observing Mirza Abbas Saheb’s patience in various election videos over the past few days reminds me so much of my father."

Faria offered a witty explanation for her father’s legendary patience, jokingly suggesting his place in heaven is guaranteed. "My father endured five 'formidable' women with a smile—his mother for 62 years, my mother for 41 years, and later, his three daughters," she wrote. "Having grown up under my grandmother’s strict discipline and then living under the 'rule' of his wife and daughters, his trials surely ended on this earth. What more punishment could he face in the afterlife?"

Anticipating potential controversy, the actress added a playful yet firm disclaimer for the media. "For the sake of Allah, please do not turn this into a news story. And please, do not link this to religion; this is not a serious statement."

Despite her request to "not make it news," the post has quickly gone viral among her fans. Many have praised her sense of humor while offering prayers for her late father’s soul.
