Tahsan married Rosa Ahmed on January 4, 2025, after a brief four-month relationship. Rosa is a professional bridal makeup artist based in New York. This was Tahsan’s second marriage; he was previously married to singer and actress Rafiath Rashid Mithila in 2006, with whom he shares a daughter, Ayra Tehrim Khan. That marriage ended in 2017.
